Does your school need extra funding? - generating additional income

This workshop will be run by Justin Smith of Chameleon Consultancy. Justin leads marketing training for the Institute of School Business Leadership (ISBL), is a former winner of The Guardian/ISBL school marketing award, and is himself a former school business manager.

Topics will include embedding a fundraising culture, generating additional income, telling the story of your school, and understanding and making use of other stakeholders.

The workshop will be run jointly with colleagues from the Maritime Academy Trust, who have 13 schools and are one of our partners on the ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ ACE programme in London. The day includes lunch, which will also be a chance to network with fellow professionals.
We have scheduled the workshop after half term so that hopefully you will have completed the most recent budget setting round.
