Overview:
This training will support mentors to effectively observe their trainee.
It will cover:
- How the focus of observations links to the SCITT curriculum
- How to provide effective feedback
- How to create incremental targets to support the trainee to improve their practice
Additional Information:
This is an online training session. Your must use your own device (not shared with anyone else) with a working camera and microphone. This should be in a quiet area where you can speak and take part in breakout sessions.
